With six years of branding experience and an intuitive knack for wordsmithing, Rae finds fulfillment in bringing Nest’s voice to life and generating content that drives engagement across companies worldwide and inspires employees to live happier and healthier lives.

Outside of Nest, Rae is a lead cycling instructor, outdoor enthusiast, coffee shop extraordinaire, and loving dog mom.

Bridget Lavin, Senior Account Manager

Bridget is an experienced 500-hour yoga teacher and certified meditation instructor, passionate spiritual leader, and hosts yearly retreats and trainings in Costa Rica. As an eternal optimist, she is dedicated to spreading joy and love in all she does. With vulnerability and honesty, she facilitates and holds space for growth, learning and expansion.

Ericka Holcomb, Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

Ericka has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2015. She previously owned a gym in Denver and has since started her own business, swEAT with E. She works with individuals to achieve their goals without sacrificing their lifestyle. This includes in-person and remote personal training and nutrition coaching.

Ericka is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She holds additional certifications through Precision Nutrition: Level 1 Nutrition, Sleep, Recovery, Pregnancy, and Postpartum Athleticism.

Sue Page, Menopause Educator & Nutrition Coach

As founder of Forty Fifty Fabulous, Sue works with perimenopausal and menopausal women to help them understand what is happening to their body and why. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in her belief that every woman should feel her absolute best throughout midlife. She challenges negative mindsets and works with her clients so they can both experience and understand what being well really feels like.

Dennis Mellon, Stages Indoor Cycling

Dennis is the Studio Brand Manager and a Master Educator at Stages Indoor Cycling and has been a certified indoor cycling instructor since 1997. He is also a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Dennis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with a Minor in Coaching from the State University of New York College at Cortland.

Dennis supports Nest’s wellness mission by leading group cycling classes for employees at various office spaces in the Denver area. His teaching style is data-driven, enthusiastic and inclusive. In class, riders can expect to feel inspired and motivated to conquer their individual fitness goals. Dennis loves the art of coaching and helps athletes of all ages reach their fitness and athletic potential!

Susannah Kerwin, Functional Medicine Consultant

Susannah Kerwin is an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner trained in functional medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine. She holds nursing degrees from the University of San Francisco and New York University. Susannah has been helping patients define and realize their best health for more than twenty years. She uses cutting edge functional medicine techniques with her patients to not only address root causes of chronic dysfunction, but to optimize health, all while keeping patients at the center and working collaboratively.

In terms of treatment modalities, Susannah prioritizes nutritional and other non-pharmaceutical approaches and considers her patients as whole persons, not just lists of symptoms to be plugged into treatment algorithms. The results speak for themselves.

Alison Percowycz, Integrative Medicine Provider

Alison is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Functional and Integrative Medicine Provider. She has spent the past 13 years working in academic medicine. She started her career at Georgetown University Hospital, where she began working in the Neuro ICU and quickly came to see a trend of what landed most patients in the hospital – chronic disease. She sought out a more integrative, holistic approach and began studying at the Institute for Functional Medicine. There, she found a science-based, lifestyle approach that could truly help get to the root-cause of disease and promote wellness. She became passionate about healing via food, targeted supplements, and lifestyle changes. Lesley is a licensed professional counselor and holistic health coach who guides people to connect to their inherent wholeness and purpose by working through a comprehensive mind/body/spirit approach.
