I've spent much of October wrestling with whether to share my story. It's taken me nearly the entire month to find the words, and even longer to find the courage.
For the past two years, I've kept my breast cancer journey mostly private. But this October, I'm sharing my story in hopes of encouraging others to prioritize early detection, listen to their bodies, and advocate for their health.
It's a personal story of unexpected diagnoses, incredible support, important lessons, and choosing to live life to the fullest. I hope you’ll read it.
